This notice explains how information is handled when you visit weaversclub.in, join the Indian Weavers Club launch list or contact us through the links on this site.

Joining the launch list

The sign-up form asks for your email address and your consent to receive launch and collection news. It also records which form you used. We use your submission to manage the launch list and send the updates you requested.

You can browse this site without signing up. We do not ask for payment details on this pre-launch page.

Our website and form providers

The website is prepared for hosting on Netlify. The form sends your submission to Formspree, which processes it for Indian Weavers Club. These providers may process technical information such as an IP address, browser details and security logs, and may process information outside Australia.

Analytics and cookies

This version of the website does not include advertising pixels, analytics scripts or browser storage for tracking visitors. Our hosting and form providers may use technical information to operate and protect their services.

Contacting us

If you email us or choose to contact us through WhatsApp, we receive the information you include so we can respond. WhatsApp is a separate service and its own privacy terms apply. Please do not send payment details or sensitive personal information through the launch form.

Removing or correcting your information

To leave the launch list, correct your details, ask about information you have shared or raise a privacy concern, email team@weaversclub.in. Please use the email address you signed up with when asking us to remove your entry.

Technical records held by our service providers are managed under their own policies. This notice will be updated if the website’s information-handling features change.
